When purchasing your new vacation home its important to find a resort that is going to be ideal for your guests and an affordable monthly HOA fee.
When choosing a resort, we recommend only looking at resort with the following:
- Less than 30 minutes drive to Disney World
- Offer 24 hour security / Gated Community
- Resort Facilities such as clubhouse
- Choose your own property management company
- At least 1 mile away from freeway/motorway to avoid sound of the traffic
